Sandplay

Sandplay is a powerful therapeutic technique that facilitates the mind's natural capacity for healing. In a 'free and protected' space, the client creates a concrete manifestation of their imagination using sand, water, and small miniature figures and objects. They can express thoughts and emotions symbolically, which can be difficult to verbalize.

Inner Peach Counselling provided a safe space for me to explore my feelings. I felt supported and understood, which helped me move towards a more fulfilling life.
